About Us
The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment (MSJE) has taken an initiative to establish a Patient Data Monitoring System so that data on help seekers at centres funded by the Ministry is collected in a systematic way. As a centre funded by the ministry, your participation in this exercise is extremely valuable. You are required to submit a form online for each new patient seeking treatment/rehabilitation/counselling (for alcohol or any other drug) at your centre.

Integrated Rehabilitation Center for Addicts (IRCAs)
Integrated Rehabilitation Center for Addicts (IRCAs) are de-addiction centres with inpatient facilities of counselling and treatment for drug dependent persons.
Outreach and Drop in Centres (ODIC)
Outreach and Drop in Centres (ODIC) provides facilities of screening, assessment and counselling along with providing referral and linkage to treatment and rehabilitation services for drug dependents.
Community Peer led Intervention (CPLI)
Community Peer led Intervention (CPLI) work with the community with youth volunteers for early preventive education especially for vulnerable adolescents and youth in the community.
District De-Addiction Centre (DDAC)
District De-addiction Centres serve as one-stop centre with a combination of IRCA, CPLI, and ODIC. The main focus of the DDAC is early prevention, education, demand reduction, identification, treatment and rehabilitation services of vulnerable individuals or individuals affected by substance use disorders.
